The UNDIP Vocational School aims to collaborate with the AMNI Semaranga Maritime University to produce graduates who are competent and highly competitive in the world of work and industry. According to Prof. Budiyono, this inter-campus collaboration was carried out in the Applied Undergraduate Study Program in Logistics Management and Administration and the D4 Study Program in Shipping Construction Engineering Technology. Both study programs are closely related to maritime and logistics aspects. Through this collaboration, students will be able to understand more about the modern logistics industry, especially in extensive goods delivery services, cargo, international shipping, integrated transportation, and various other maritime aspects. It also concerns training and obtaining certification in the marine sector.
Prof Budiyono confirmed that this strategy is significant in the practical education of logistics management and administration students. Apart from that, it can link theory and practical experience and provide relevant and oriented education to modern industry. Collaboration is carried out to complement and increase existing resources, not to compete with each other.
