Road to Reksa Dana 2026: Tax Accounting Study Program Vocational School Promotes Investment Literacy through Mutual Fund Education and Financial Inclusion

Semarang, April 9, 2026 —Tax Accounting Study Program, Vocational School, Diponegoro University successfully held the APRDI Socialization and Education Program (SOSEDU APRDI) 2026, carrying the theme “Road to Reksa Dana Aja.” The event was organized by the Capital Market and Investment Club (CMIC) of the Tax Accounting Study Program in collaboration with the Indonesian Mutual Fund and Investment Association (APRDI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

The event, held at Prof. Soedarto Building, was attended by lecturers and students of Diponegoro University and aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of investment, particularly mutual fund instruments.

The event was officially opened with a welcoming speech by Prof. Dr. Ir. Budiyono, M.Si., Dean of the Vocational School of Diponegoro University. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of financial literacy and investment awareness for the younger generation, especially vocational students, to enable them to make wise financial decisions in the future.

During the presentation session, participants received insights into an overview of the Indonesian capital market and mutual fund instruments delivered by Akhmad Nuranyanto, Deputy Head of Central Java Region 1, IDX Representative Office. In his presentation, he encouraged participants to improve their financial management from merely saving to investing through the message, “level up your savings to investing.”

The session was moderated by Naila Hanum, S.E., M.Acc., who facilitated an interactive and engaging discussion between the speakers and participants.

The event continued with a presentation by Adil Mahmud, who delivered the APRDI Education and Socialization session, covering mutual fund education, the PINTAR Mutual Fund program, and the importance of financial inclusion for the broader community.

Participants showed great enthusiasm during the interactive Q&A session, actively exploring information regarding investment opportunities and risks, particularly in mutual funds.

Through this Road to Reksa Dana event, it is expected that students of the Tax Accounting Study Program will enhance their financial literacy and develop awareness to start investing early in a smart and responsible manner.
