Library

The Library of the Vocational School of Diponegoro University (UNDIP) serves as an information and reference center that supports academic activities, research, and the development of knowledge within the Vocational School environment. The library’s collection includes textbooks, journals, scientific works, research reports, and digital references relevant to various vocational study programs.

In addition to printed collections, the library is also equipped with access to e-journals, the UNDIP repository, and comfortable reading areas to support independent study as well as group discussions. With information technology–based services, the UNDIP Vocational School Library is committed to being an inclusive, easily accessible, and continuously developing learning resource that meets the needs of the academic community.

Subscribed Journals

The Vocational School of Diponegoro University (UNDIP) has a variety of scientific journals that serve as publication platforms for lecturers, students, and researchers to disseminate scientific work in applied fields. All of these journals are nationally indexed and can be easily accessed through the portal ejournal.undip.ac.id.

Access to the journals is carried out using the Diponegoro University Single Sign-On (SSO) account, allowing the academic community to read, download, and upload articles conveniently and in an integrated manner. The presence of journals within the Vocational School of UNDIP serves as an important medium to support the development of knowledge, innovation, and the application of research results in society and the industrial sector.

 

Through digital access provided by this e-journal system, the Vocational School of UNDIP remains committed to promoting a culture of publication and scientific literacy among students and lecturers. Health

Diponegoro University (UNDIP) provides comprehensive healthcare facilities to support the well-being of both the academic community and the general public. These facilities include the Diponegoro Primary Clinic and the Diponegoro National Hospital (RSND).

The Diponegoro Primary Clinic offers basic health services such as general check-ups, minor treatments, and preventive healthcare services for students, lecturers, and administrative staff. This clinic serves as the first medical service center on campus, providing fast, friendly, and professional healthcare.

Meanwhile, the Diponegoro National Hospital (RSND) is a teaching hospital and referral center directly managed by Diponegoro University. RSND is equipped with modern facilities and professional medical personnel to support healthcare services, education, and research in the medical field. The presence of RSND not only meets the healthcare needs of the university community but also serves the wider public, reflecting UNDIP’s contribution to improving the quality of national healthcare services

Security

The Vocational School of Diponegoro University (UNDIP) has 22 security personnel responsible for maintaining safety and order within the campus environment. These personnel are stationed at various strategic points, including the main gate, parking areas, lecture buildings, and laboratories.

In addition to carrying out security functions, the security team also plays a role in serving the academic community by assisting with traffic control, providing information to visitors, and supporting the smooth operation of academic and non-academic activities within the Vocational School.

With an adequate number of personnel, the presence of security staff at the UNDIP Vocational School serves as the frontline in creating a safe, orderly, and conducive campus atmosphere for students, lecturers, staff, and the surrounding community

Park

The Parking Area of the Vocational School of Diponegoro University (UNDIP) is designed to support the convenience of the academic community in carrying out their activities on campus. The available parking facilities include designated areas for both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, with adequate capacity to accommodate students, lecturers, staff, and guests.

Parking locations are spread across strategic points near lecture buildings, laboratories, and main facilities, providing easy access for users. In addition, the parking areas are equipped with organized entry and exit routes, signage, and security personnel supervision to ensure order and shared comfort.

The presence of these parking facilities helps create an orderly, safe, and conducive campus environment, serving as an important part of the Vocational School of UNDIP’s services for the entire academic community

Canteen

The Vocational Canteen of Diponegoro University is the main dining area for students, lecturers, and staff within the UNDIP Vocational School environment. Located within the campus area, the canteen is easily accessible—whether before class, during breaks, or after activities. Every day, the canteen offers a variety of food and beverages at student-friendly prices. The menu is quite diverse, ranging from home-style meals such as fried chicken, fish, eggs, tofu, tempeh, vegetables, and soup-based dishes. In addition, there are also light snacks and drinks such as iced tea, orange juice, fresh juices, and coffee. Some vendors also provide healthy options for students who want to maintain their diet, including vegetarian choices such as stir-fried vegetables, gado-gado, or vegetable soup

Musalla

The Prayer Room of the Vocational School of Diponegoro University is a worship facility provided for students, lecturers, and staff to perform the five daily prayers on campus. Located within the Vocational School buildings, it is easily accessible during class breaks or before and after academic activities. The room is clean, comfortable, and equipped with adequate ablution facilities, as well as separate prayer areas for men and women.

This prayer room is also often used for religious activities such as short lectures, Qur’an recitation, and Islamic discussions. It is usually busiest during the Dhuhr and Asr prayer times when many students are on break from classes. The presence of this facility allows the campus community to carry out their worship peacefully without needing to leave the campus area, supporting a balance between academic and spiritual activities

Internet Network

The internet network at the Vocational School of Diponegoro University (UNDIP) is designed to provide secure, controlled, and integrated access for the entire academic community. To connect to the network, users are required to authenticate using their Diponegoro University Single Sign-On (SSO) account. This system ensures that only students, lecturers, and administrative staff with official access rights can use the campus internet services.

Through the login mechanism using SSO username and password, user data security and activity protection are better ensured, while also facilitating seamless integration with various UNDIP digital services such as e-learning, the academic system, and campus administration portals
