Lufrida Fatihan Najwa, a student of the Applied Accounting Taxation Study Program at the Vocational School of Diponegoro University, has succeeded in becoming a delegate for an international youth organization in a student exchange program at the International Youth Excursion Network event held at the International Youth Excursion Center located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In a series of events held on October 21-24, 2024, Lufrida had the opportunity to visit several well-known campuses in Malaysia, deepen her academic and cultural insights, and expand her international network.
Not only participating, Lufrida also made proud achievements by winning several awards at the Indonesia Youth Excursion Network Batch 7 2024 Chapter Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, including:
1. 1st Place Best Speaker, proving impressive communication skills in presenting ideas and innovations.
2. 1st Place Best Innovation Group, as a form of real contribution in producing relevant and applicable innovative solutions.
3. 2nd Place Best Video Project Group, showing extraordinary creativity and collaboration.
The competition was held with the theme of the spirit of SDGs and digital innovation, which is very relevant in today’s era; Lufrida presented the application that she had designed with the target of MSME users, which is expected to encourage the progress of MSMEs in terms of bookkeeping, marketing, and access to capital. The participation and achievements above reflect the quality of Diponegoro University Vocational School students in international competitions. It has been UNDIP’s commitment to support students’ self-development and global achievements. We are proud of Lufrida’s achievements and hope that this achievement can inspire other students to excel internationally.
