Undip Vocational School held a morning rally which was attended by all teaching and educational staff in the Undip Vocational School, Monday (6/9) virtually through the Microsoft Teams platform.
In his mandate, the Dean of the Undip Vocational School Prof, Dr. Ir, Budiyono, M.Si, requested that the teaching staff and education staff in the Undip Vocational School environment to improve their competence, both Hard Skills and Soft Skills.
“Hard Skills are the skills needed for a job and Soft Skills are the personality, personal attributes, and communication skills needed to succeed in a job.”
To be successful we must continue to learn and improve our abilities because the learning process is lifelong adapting to the changing conditions of the world order and in the end only to the Creator we depend and only to the Creator we surrender.
