In connection with the issuance of the Chancellor’s Circular Number 16/UN7.P/SE/2021 concerning the Administration of Official Manuscripts at the University of Diponegoro, and in the context of structuring the correspondence. Undip Vocational School held a correspondence socialization event in the Vocational School environment, Tuesday (3/8) which was conducted online via Video Conference using Microsoft Teams in a group which was attended by the Dean of the Undip Vocational School, the Vice Deans, Chair and Secretary of the Senate, the Heads of Departments, Heads of Applied S1 Study Programs, Managers and Supervisors
Deputy Dean II of the Undip Vocational School Dr. Agus Purwanto, SE, M.Si, Mes said that this correspondence socialization activity was to improve the order of official administration and the efficiency of communication and information between organizational units, and equalize understanding, formation, and use of position codes. abbreviations and acronyms in the Undip Vocational School
Agus hopes that the socialization of correspondence will increase knowledge and apply it in the office. He also hopes that with this latest official script, it will be able to uniform all correspondence within the Vocational School.
Meanwhile, Undip Vocational School Manager Srianto, SH, M.Si explained the purpose of the socialization was to create a common understanding and clarity and ease of communication for organizational units, be it Faculties, Departments and Study Programs.
