Thursday, September 23, 2021 Undip Vocational School received a visit from PT Indo Bharat Rayon and PT Indo Raya. The visit was received directly by the Dean of the Undip Vocational School Prof. Dr.Ir.Budiyono,M.Si in the 4th Floor Meeting Room, Tembalang Vocational School Building.
Also present at the event was the Deputy Dean of Academic and Student Affairs of the Undip Vocational School, Dr. Ida Hayu Dwimawanti, MM and Deputy Dean of Resources for Undip Vocational School Dr. eng. Vita Paramita, ST.,MM.,M.Eng representatives from PT Indo Bharat Rayon and PT Indo Raya Kimia, namely Assistant General Manager HRD Iwan Tresna, SH and General Manager Safety Yun Firman, SH, ST, MM
The Dean of the Undip Vocational School Prof. Dr.Ir.Budiyono, M.Si positively welcomed the initiation of the Undip SV collaboration with PT Indo Bharat Rayon and PT Indo Raya, Chemistry Vocational graduate students are taught to be ready to work in the industrial world because on campus they get 70% practice and 30% theory So graduating students have confidence because they have self-competence and certification, Prof. Budiyono hopes that the industry will benefit from campus and campus will benefit from industry.
Meanwhile Assistant General Manager of HRD Iwan Tresna, SH said PT Indo Bharat Rayon and PT Indo Raya Kimia during this pandemic we included surviving the pandemic so we hope that Vocational Schools get superior human resources because the concept in our company is that students who do internships if their performance is good will being an employee, the most difficult thing for an intern student is adaptation, from a scientific point of view the students are qualified but adaptation in the work environment must be built because culture is very influential
Iwan added that with the initiation of this collaboration, I hope that there will be a more concrete follow-up so that it can be mutually beneficial for both parties.
