Undip Vocational School carried out the Visiting Professor activity with the theme “The Utilization of BIM for Heritage Building” on 22 – 26 July 2024. This event invited Professor Sr. Ts. Dr. Syahrul Nizam Kamaruzzaman, as Deputy Dean of Postgraduate Programs at the Faculty of Built Environment University of Malaya. Activities such as joint publication, general lecturer, and external examiner have been carried out. At the public lecture session, the participants presented were students in the Civil Infrastructure Engineering and Architectural Design Study Program of Undip Vocational School. Riza Susanti moderated them as lecturers of the study program. Asri Nurdiana, Chair of the Architecture and Infrastructure Engineering Study Program at Undip Vocational School, said that the materials presented in the guest lecture provide new insights and are very relevant to the competencies that students should have in this study program; this is in line with the scientific vision of the program that characterizes the development of digital construction. Furthermore, he also said that the visiting Professor’s activity is a series of cooperation activities between Undip Vocational School and the Faculty of Built Environment University of Malaya. Furthermore, other collaboration activities will continue to be pushed forward.
